Daily Mass works!

“The best means to reach perfection is through receiving Holy Communion frequently. Experience sufficiently proves it in those who practice it.”  St. Therese of Lisieux

Anyone who attends daily Mass will read this quote and say, “It is so true!”   Unfortunately there are many who are still not convinced.  In this culture of immediate gratification, it is not an easy sell.  Practically speaking, it may require dropping out of a few school or fundraising committees, or giving up an early round of golf, coffee with the gals, extra time for shopping or house cleaning,…or perhaps being disciplined enough to go to bed early so as to make an early Mass.  But, the fact is, going to daily Mass works. It really works.  Christ gets in your heart and suddenly your cross becomes more bearable, selflessness conquers selfishness, and you will discover an inner peace that the world will never, ever give you.
