Christ is in the stands!

If we wish to make any progress in the service of God we must begin every day of our life with new eagerness. We must keep ourselves in the presence of God as much as possible and have no other view or end in all our actions but the divine honor. – Saint Charles Borromeo

It was encouraging to look into the stands during my High School soccer playoff game and see my college age brother Jim with his girlfriend cheering me on.  There was someone watching who cared about me.   Christ is always in the stands of your daily life and he cares about you.  He is cheering for you, and rooting for you with all of his heart.   He cares about every play, each moment matters to him…try to console his heart and do the right thing.  And be sure to run over to the stands to ask him for advice…He wants to be in the mix!
