Shortest, safest way to Heaven

“Holy Communion is the shortest and safest way to Heaven”. — Pope St. Pius X

Our society is often obsessed with success and status.  Getting into a particular High School or University, working for a particular company, living in a particular area or being a member of a particular Country Club, etc… In themselves, these can all be noble and worthy pursuits, especially if sought after with purity of intention (with the goal of using your talents and these advantages to influence more people for Christ).  But how many are “obsessed” with being holy and getting into heaven?   At end of our lives, we will be judged on our fidelity and our love, and nothing comes close to helping us more effectively with this effort than receiving the Body of Christ at Mass.
