Finding happiness and peace

“When we ingest the Eucharist in reality we are ingesting the Godhead…because His Body and Blood are diffused through our members we become partakers of the divine nature.” – St. Cyril of Alexandria

I just googled “Finding happiness and peace” and the list of books and articles is endless. The answer is so simple: daily Mass!! Allow Jesus Christ, God Himself, the ultimate source of true happiness and peace, to penetrate your soul. He soothes your aching heart, strengthens your weak will, and floods your mind with his divine wisdom. He made you and only he can fulfill you. Go to daily Mass and receive Christ in your heart. It works!!
