Grace changes us

“All human nature vigorously resists grace because grace changes us and the change is painful.” – Flannery O’Connor

Many of you know that I go for a run everyday. Given the reality of NYC in the winter, most days are not ideal for running, but I do this to keep my sanity and hopefully live a few more years. Prayer is a spiritual work-out…you need to be convinced of the long term effects and the value of doing this everyday, rain or shine, good feelings or not. God will bless this dogged consistency done with love! And this grace gained from prayer will challenge you to conform your life more to Christ each day! Let God work in you!
