Joy in service

“If we wish to serve God and love our neighbor well, we must manifest our joy in the service we render to Him and them. Let us open wide our hearts. It is joy which invites us. Press forward and fear nothing.” -St. Katherine Drexel

One of the security guards outside of JP Morgan, makes a real effort to greet me with a smile as I walk by on the street. “Father, keep the faith now! Have a good day, Father! God bless you, Father!” Simple comments made with a big smile and I honestly look forward to it!
