Become an “informed” Catholic

“We can believe what we choose. We are answerable for what we choose to believe.” — Blessed John Henry Newman

Some Catholics pick and choose (“Cafeteria Catholics”) and others adhere to the full truth of the Catholic Church. Before you become obstinate in your opinions, I ask you to dive deep into the Catechism of the Catholic Church, read the Papal Encyclicals and teachings of the Magisterium, and try to understand the insight and wisdom behind all of the Church’s Doctrine. In spite of some weak instruments and difficulties in our history, the Holy Spirit has protected the Deposit of Faith from stain or corruption. The truth will set you free!!
