Another approach for Lent

Paola Trevino, a consecrated woman of Regnum Christi, has me thinking about my typical approach to sacrifice during Lent — and how I think too narrowly.  I’m probably like many folks; I give up something I like — ice cream, cappuccino, chocolate, etc.  But is a challenging new series on the Regnum Christi Website, Paola suggests we not just give up things during Lent, but pick up new habits that are positive.  Her ideas are well worth a look.

By the way, when not giving us spiritual inspiration with her words, Paola leads mission trips to places most of us hope we never have to visit.  And she does her work with an abundance of joy.
