Congratulations to Spain on winning the World Cup. And congratulations to South Africa for hosting such an exciting event. Legionaries don’t spent much time watching television, but I’m confident that many were glued to the screen yesterday. And given the origins and history of the order, I’m thinking that most were pleased with the outcome of the final game. Let’s all pray that the games of the past weeks have brought the world a little closer.
