A Protestant woman recently told me that during her younger years, she spent a lot of time in Europe and would relish visiting the Catholic churches and just sit there in the pews. She said that she noticed something different than her own Church; there was a real presence of God and this affected her deeply. In fact, this was the main reason behind her current conversion process.
