With all the great stories to be told in this remarkable world, it is amazing how often Hollywood spends millions to tell stories that really need no telling. We have a couple examples in theaters near you…today!
The second is the supposedly insightful story of a male stripper – based on a true story. One thrilled reviewer gushed that this film is “The Citizen Kane of male stripper movies.”
Huh? Can there really be a Citizen Kane of Stripper Movies? I don’t think so.
I can only assume that by this time next year we’ll have a movie about a stripping teddy bear.
In the meantime, as an alternative to one of these, you might consider renting Citizen Kane.
