The Sacred Heart of Christ has always been a great inspiration for me. He looks to us for consolation and he continually inspires us to be a clear instrument of his love. How? Put a smile on your co-worker who is having a rough day, talk to your friend about one of their favorite topics, put someone else at the center of attention or speak well of them in front of a group, avoid the hurtful dig or the sharp tone in your comments…err always on the side of love. Console the Heart of Christ!
