Christ is always available!

“Do you know why Our Lord persists in remaining day and night in our churches?…He stays there so that every time we want to go and see him, we may be able to find him.” (St. John Vianney)

In my many travels, I have always found a Catholic Church nearby with Christ waiting for me inside. After a 20 plus hour flight to Auckland, New Zealand we went to a beautiful Church directly from the airport…and this brought so much peace and comfort. Or simply stopping in at Our Lady of Lourdes, Holy Redeemer or Our Lady of Mercy’s adoration chapel to spend a few minutes with Our Lord in the middle of many appointments. He is always available (no need to set an appointment), patiently waiting to re-charge our batteries and send us back into battle!
