Live with love for Christ!

“If at some time the Lord should grant us the grace of impressing his love on our hearts, all will become easy for us and we shall accomplish things quickly and without effort.” (St. Teresa of Avila)

During my 6 years studying in Rome, I was always edified by the number of seminarians who would visit Christ in the chapel in between classes and study halls. Philosophy and Theology were interesting but also very taxing and difficult, and this time alone with Christ helped remind us why and for whom we were studying. Christ impressed his love on our hearts and the work load became much more bearable and even sweeter. I encourage all of you to spend this time with Christ in prayer and lean into his heart. Life is so different when lived with love for Christ!
